Policies for Delica Garage Services

At Delica Garage, we take pride in the quality of the services that we offer and we ensure that we only provide the best possible parts and servicing advice available. This being said our services come with a number of policies regarding warranty and privacy. If you have any further questions regarding any of these policies, contact us today with your questions through These terms and conditions are subject to Laws of the State of Victoria and both you and Delica GarageTM hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.


Warranty is a manufacturers’ warranty and that varies on a product by product basis. For details regarding your individual product please investigate the item for details or contact the manufacturer directly.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Damaged or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods. We must be notified of any dispatch errors or damaged goods on the day of delivery and all goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.


Goods other than faulty goods maybe returned within 14 days of the delivery date so long as they are returned in their original packaging and the packaging is in new condition and the goods have not been used or fitted. We must be informed within 7 days of the item being received via email or letter. Products must be returned in original packing materials with all accessories included, sent to the nominated supplier’s address.

Goods are returned at the cost of the customer. Goods purchased incorrectly may be returned in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and will incur a 20% admin charge. Special orders that are sourced from Japan are not refundable at all, but we will re-list your item for sale on the site for you to send registered mail to the new buyer if and when that occurs.


If you have ordered a product in error or otherwise do not want it, you may cancel your order in your account area of the site. Once the status of your order has been marked as Processed or Shipped it is not possible to cancel your order.

In these circumstances you must contact us on with your order number and we will investigate the possibility of a cancellation.

Please note: Special orders from overseas cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and processed by Delica Garage.
